Simon Ramage

Interim General Counsel

Simon Ramage is an experienced corporate lawyer who has worked as a senior adviser to financial services businesses for over 30 years. Before joining Crown Agents Bank, he was Group Legal Director of Prudential plc and previously held positions as general counsel for businesses within the GE Capital group. He qualified as a solicitor with Freshfields where he worked in the corporate department in London, Paris and Moscow. Simon attended the College of Law in London after graduating from Oxford University.
