Marcia Jones

Group Head of Human Resources

Marcia has more than 25 years of human resource management experience. After starting her career in the public sector, Marcia subsequently moved to financial services working for several UK and international broker-dealers, investment banks and asset management firms.

She has held a range of senior human resources management roles at international and global level within small, medium, and large institutions including ING Bank, Calyon Financial, Newedge, and Knight Capital Group. Prior to joining Crown Agents Bank, Marcia ran her own HR consultancy advising businesses in the financial services sector and other SMEs.

Marcia is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She has an MA in HR Strategy from the University of Greenwich and is also a qualified executive, master coach and an accredited mediator.
